SHIPPING
We're a small company that wants to take care of the product you'll receive. All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. There are 3 shipping options:
Standard shipping
To your home address or to a pick-up point of Mondial Relay.
Type YES and your preferred point in the comment box below. This helps us to reduce the carbon emission of the delivery. You can find more info in the FAQ. Thanks for helping!
Local shipping
We bring it to you by bike (only for Leuven and Kortrijk area).
Eco warrior
Come and get your order yourself at the Baroudeur clubhouse in Leuven. Order via email, not via the webshop.

RETURNS
Please use our size chart to determine the correct size of your new cycling kit.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with intact tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Quality checks are performed regularly but if you encounter defaults in our clothes, send us an email with pictures. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted as we'd like to understand what went wrong and how we can help you.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can not be held responsible for returning parcels lost in transit. That’s why we recommend trackable shipping or shipping insurance.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
