Leave a note for us at the check out if you want to pick up your parcels at a Mondial Relay pickup point. By doing so, their drivers can go to one central place instead of dozens of individual houses. Thanks for helping! Option 2 gets us sweating, and you can take that literally. Go for the local (bike) delivery and we will personally drop of your products, by bike whenever possible or on our daily commute. Currently only available for the area around Leuven. Option 3 requires a nice email or message; if you are an eco-warrior (go you!) and want to pick up your own parcel at the Baroudeur clubhouse, send us an email to schedule a timeframe. This is also an option if you know Charlotte or Noémie or any of our ambassadors. We are open to any option that can minimize our delivery emission.

Mamma mia, we are going international! If you want to order a Baroudeur product and you are a lucky bastard living on a tropical island or in one of our beautiful neighboring countries, please contact us. Together we will find the cheapest shipment option that works for your destination. We got this! To give you some examples, we have shipped to the Netherlands (€7) and Germany (€9,5). Our free shipment policy will turn into a €5 discount on international shipping costs.

Cycling apparel should fit tightly, so you can slide through the air like a sharp knive. Option LAZY We recommend you to choose your normal T-shirt size. We have optimized our product design to ensure the perfect aerodynamic fit. Easy peasy! Option PRO Ask your partner, mom or dog to take your measurements and use our size chart (in cm). This way you are sure that our products will fit you like a second skin. TIP: As we're a young business we're currently focussing on the most common sizes but please do reach out if none of these fit you.

For small businesses like ours, returns are not as self-evident as for large brands. It is not possible for us to offer free retour shipping. If you have accidently picked the wrong size, ordered for a now ex-partner or changed your mind, we will accept the returns within 14 days of shipment. Products need to be in mint condition (unworn, labels attached, unwashed) and shipping will be at the expense of the customer. Contact us if you want to bike to the Baroudeur Clubhouse to return or change your product. On the other hand, in the unlikely event you encountered manufacturing defaults in your product, we guarantee that we will repair or replace the item if confirmed by us to be faulty.
